FileBound can automatically create a set of onboarding documents and tasks required for each new employee and route them to the appropriate departments in preparation for the new hire’s first day. A checklist is created and monitored to ensure all documents and tasks are completed within the required timeframe.

EMPLOYEE TERMINATIONS. When an employee is terminated FileBound can create the necessary documents and checklists to ensure that the employee’s files are handled properly. All tasks are assigned and tracked within the system while a master checklist monitors and displays all completed and outstanding assignments in the workflow management system. The system also automatically disconnects the former employee’s security and system rights.
